Let's examine such an emergency :

The next day, Miss Rumatio was placed in a "Relieving Chamber" where she spend the next 163 days expelling toward her original universe the remains of her former world, under the 24/7 supervision of a dedicated team of nurses able to meet her need and ensure the highest level of comfort.
Miss Rumatio was then offered councelling in order to help learn managing her condition and to lessen the adverse psychological effects resulting from the realization she had digested alive every single human of her own Universe and utterly erased any identifiable trace of their civilization, and was presented with the "Big Earths Catalogue" for subsequent relocation."

The faeces must therefore be inertially damped and brought to warp speed, with a maximum average of 7.77e16 dm³ per second passing an orifice with 1.33 dm² that would be a discharge with a speed of 5.84e16 dm, 5.84e12 km or 0.617 light years per second - in other words, 19.5 million times the speed of light, according to the old TOS scale (cubic root of the speed in light speeds) that would equal warp 269. Yet, how a celestial body can still form from an 8.6 million lightyears long superluminal turd - 3.4 times as long as the distance to the Andromeda galaxy - is beyond my comprehension.

Err... CurryLabs "Relieving Chambers" are fitted with "Relativistic Adjustement Field Generator" in their walls, so spacio-temporal characteristics can be adjusted to improve comfort and safety of the patients and the staff. The available settings include distortion of space and time, adjustment of inertia, moderation of thermal generation from physical or chemical processes among many other things...
These chambers are truly the epitome of CurryLabs technologies, and are real God-Given, and by that, I mean real Deus-Ex-Machina-Given ^^;

Honestly, I thought about calculating her "exhaust velocity", but I knew you'll do it for me... I should have seen the "over-relativistic" speed coming, through... or not, as it's faster than light. ^^;

Ok, I have omitted another explanation, which makes the scenario possible despite a relativistic approach, but the energies involved would be humongous.

After all, objects near the speed of light undergo length contraction. This would make it possible to reduce the length for a stationary observer from 8.6 million light years to less than 3861 light hours = 0.44 light years, namely by this factor of 19.5 million. According to the formula for Lorentz contraction, this would be 99.9999999999998685% of the speed of light. The energy that would have to be expended for this acceleration corresponds to a mass defect of, again, 19.5 million Earth masses (or 58.6 solar masses). Since obviously this energy cannot be generated by Miss Rumatio herself, Currylabs would have to provide it somehow, but the effort would be enormous if they did not have a more effective energy source than, for example, mere nuclear fusion. They would have to fuse thousands of solar masses of hydrogen, use up probably more than the whole energy of one sun's livetime every hour since the mass defect that could be used in this way is only in the low percentage range.

(Tbh, I am not really sure if that calculation is precise or my interpretation is even correct. With the energies I was expecting to be involved I imagined the possibility of the creation of a singularity, but that does not necessarily seem to be the case.)
